Job Description:

As a Digital Sales & Marketing Transformation Program Manager within Construction Industries Services Division (CISD) Integrated Marketing Team, you will serve as a project leader, supporting various digital sales & marketing related projects and executing short term projects to achieve division goals.

You will work with Sales Execution, Regional Sales Support, Integrated Services teams, and DSD Partners to develop the execution plan for the Dealer Digital Sales & Marketing Transformation strategy. This strategy is focused on bringing personalized & relevant CX via Marketing Automation to grow Retail and Small Core customers. This position will also partner closely with Cat Digital, Marketing & Brand, and Cat Financial as well as GCI and BCP marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution across the organization.

Further, you will lead, advise and coach CISD Integrated Marketing Team leaders and members and provide support for the execution of cross functional / collaboration projects. This role is considered pipeline for future leader role with supervision while further develop Leadership Attributes with influence!

What You’ll Do (Essential Functions)

  • Develop and execute strategic global & regional project plans supporting key CISD initiatives such as: transforming dealer marketing teams to Digital Sales Organizations; unite API & Marketing automation dealer onboarding; Active Marketable Contacts; Support dealer eCommerce marketing sales

  • Actively measure the progress of marketing performance KPIs for assigned projects

  • Serve as program manager to evolve digital channel and content strategy across Cat.com, Parts.cat.com, Cat Central and provide vision, roadmap, and backlog

  • Establish processes, tools, and training to provide UX guidance to content, segmented marketing, and digital marketing teams

  • Guide CISD Integrated Marketing Team leaders and members through change management and to help overcome roadblocks as needed

  • Work with leadership team to achieve objectives for the division

  • Present to senior leadership often on progress and results of initiatives

  • Manage CISD Integrated Marketing budget

  • Global travel required 20%+


Required Qualifications:

  • College or university degree

  • 9+ years of progressively responsible job-related experience in the areas of Prime Product / Aftermarket Sales & Marketing, and/or Strategic Project Management including 3+ years of digital marketing experience

  • Global travel required 20%+


Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills are required to perform detailed analysis and prepare strategic plans

  • Demonstrated communication at all levels of partner organizations

  • Able to work effectively in large matrix organization and across geographical territories

  • Experience with marketing / promoting new commercial / integrated services / digital offerings

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to deal with issues crossing boundaries and/or persuade others inside or outside the organization to take action


Additional Information:

  • This is a global position whose success depends on global travel. It is an expectation and requirement of the role to travel a minimum of 20% of the time

  • Locations for this role will include Peoria, IL or Cary, NC
