Our Boston office is searching for a Producer with strong digital and media experience. You will work closely with the account team and the client and are responsible for overseeing all stages of a project, including proposal development, production, and delivery.

What you'll be doing

  • Partner with account to meet client needs and drive projects forward
  • Lead and supervises project teams
  • Act as a liaison between account, strategy, creative and dev teams
  • Utilize strong project management skills to oversee all aspects of proposals and projects.
  • Confidently lead of variety of project types including paid media, digital and web development, video and content creation
  • Partner with strategy and media to lead the media process including planning, vendor management, asset development, trafficking, and measurement
  • Manage numerous projects at one time, meet fast turnaround deadlines, and maintain an eye for detail and quality
  • Develop scopes and budgets. Monitors financial health throughout projects
  • Create and maintain complex and interdependent project schedules
  • Use strong verbal and written communications skills to proactively ensure clear goals are set and reached

  • Relevant degree and 5-7 years of hands-on experience creating integrated, b2b campaigns and digital experiences
  • Excellent understanding of paid media process
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, leadership, collaboration, communication, decision making, project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work and lead in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Process oriented, love of project management tools and MS Office suite
  • Strong familiarity and comfort with media and technology in general, a desire to remain informed of current trends and improvements, and the ability to communicate to the team and client

In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $65,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on relevant factors including experience, internal equity and market considerations. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.
