Full-time; 40 hours/week
- Evaluates and counsels with residents/family regarding nutritional issues as appropriate for age and quality of life.
- Completes the nutritional assessment documentation and core plans.
- Maintains menus and spreadsheets per dept. policy and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Attends weekly care conference and reports dietary concerns to Director.
