The Beautiful Hudson Hill Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing facility located in Westchester County seeks a full-time Dietary Supervisor to join our team. Under the supervision of a Registered Dietitian, assists in providing dietetic and nutrition services to individuals. The hours for the Dietary Supervisor position are 10AM-6PM with weekend availability. If you’re looking to be a part of a dynamic team, we would love to meet you!

DIETARY SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains individuals records in accordance with departmental standards and requirements, documents information in the electronic medical record
- Performs standardized dietetic care tasks, such as nutrition screenings and assessments on assigned individuals, observes individuals at mealtimes; records and reports observation, and consults with supervisor on concerns/problems identified
- Provides standard nutrition information and instruction on diets and food preparation activities to individuals, families, and healthcare staff
- Inspects or supervises food preparation, handling, service areas, tray line, and meals; and assists in identifying deficiencies and implementing corrective actions plans to ensure compliance with prescribed diets, menus, standards, and requirements.
DIETARY SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics or related field required.
- At least 1-year healthcare nursing facility experience preferred
- Knowledge of DOH rules and regulations pertaining to nutritional care.
- Knowledge of Point Click Care a plus.
