Dietary Aide/Server Starting at $14.00- 10:30am-6:30pm Job at Charter Senior Living
We are looking for those SPECIAL Dietary Aides with the hearts to help our families take care of their loved ones. As a Dietary Aide you will be responsible to delivery food services to each resident in your assigned Resident Group. Provide the highest quality and consistency of service to all residents in all dining rooms and resident apartments, according to company standards. We are also Accepting in person applications for ALL shifts.
You will build relationships and improve quality of life and serve with LOVE and CARE.
Assist residents to perform simple daily functions, social interactions, and encourage them to be involved with all the NEW and Exciting Activities we have to offer.
We understand how difficult and stressful it can be to balance your time at home, with school, children, and other responsibilities. We will do our BEST to provide you some flexibility with your work schedule and needs. We provide MENTORS that will help you in navigating your job responsibilities and offer an OPEN door policy to assist with any concerns that may occur.
Salary based on experience.
$300 PER MONTH PERFECT ATTENDANCE BONUS!!
