As the Cloud Engineer, the candidate will be responsible for developing, Configuring and implementing complex pipelines, Scripts on Cloud. He/she will work closely with technical/non-technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them to high level design documents for Cloud.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • Own and influence the development, implementation, assessment, and support of
    one
    or more environments, applications, or platforms.
    • Independently develops clean, maintainable, testable code/configurations for work
    assigned; performs reviews as needed.
    • Designs solutions for the overall health, performance, and availability and actively
    works resolution of system and client experience impacts for one or more
    environments, applications, or platforms.
    • Advocates for improvements.
    • Strong ability to partner and effectively work across the organization with line of
    business and technology colleagues
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills
    • Applies, and prepares to ensure, proper security standards for code development.
    • Creates technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts for
    developing/configuring Cloud installs.
    • Identifies and develops potential standards and best practices.
    • Strong implementation coordination and communication skills
    • Hands on experience in DevOps space including Docker, Kubernetes.
    • Hands on experience on general tools in DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, Gitlab etc…
    • Working knowledge of Log4j, ELK, Splunk.
    • Hands on experience on general tools in DevOps tools like Jenkins, Apache Ant,
    Maven, Docker
    • Working knowledge of Log4j, ELK, Splunk.
    • Experience in DevOps Concepts, CI/CD, testing and pipeline automation
    • Experience in Cloud platform like GCP.
    • Experience in developing APIs: HTTP/HTTPS, REST, SOAP, Java, microservices
    • Experience in working with relational database MS SQL, stored procedures etc.

    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
    • Ability to work in a team and help in team’s expansion
    • Experience working in large scale technology delivery initiatives
    • Experience in webMethods Integration development with hands on experience in
    build and deployment to GCP using DevOps practices.
    • Hands on experience on SAG product suite in general, but in specific to
    webMethods Integration Server, Universal Messaging, Deployer, Command Central,
    Asset Build Environment, wM Project Automator, Java services, XML, JSON, XPath,
    XQuery.
    • Resource should have hands on experience in webMethods Integration knowledge
    with strong exposure to DevOps practices.
    • Hands on experience on SAG product suite in general, but in specific to
    webMethods Deployer, Command Central, Asset Build Environment, wM Project
    Automator, Java services, XML, JSON, XPath

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is 84,000- $223,200.”
