Peraton is hiring a Development Systems Engineer to join our Cyber Mission business unit in Annapolis Junction, MD. As a
Systems Engineer on our team, you will support one of the largest enterprise-wide engineering contracts within the Intelligence Community. This is a full-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year; and work is performed at a customer location. As a Development Systems Engineer on our team you will provide support to the government Program Management Office (PMO) overseeing a new SIGINT-related effort. The individual will provide General Systems engineering support including requirements definition, architecture review, documentation, and integration support in the oversight of this development effort, along with strong analytical skills.
Qualifications:
Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline and at least 15 years of systems engineering experience. A Master’s or PhD Degree in a qualifying discipline may be substituted for two years of experience. Note: A High School Diploma or GED plus 19 years of systems engineering experience would also be acceptable.
- Position requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired:
- Ability to perform as Project Lead.
- Ability to develop and maintain requirements.
- Manage project schedules
- Review data flow and block diagrams
- Ability to effectively communicate with Government leads along with Government partners.
- Experience with SIGINT is desired
