The Support Developer role will involve close interaction with the Business Stakeholders, Development team, Data and Reporting Team, other members of the business to demonstrate a high level of design and coding to implement and deliver a leading healthcare SaaS solution. There will be ample opportunities to quickly expand on your technical experience to help build a leading healthcare software solution. This role requires a strong foundation in .NET, .NET Core, Coding, Visual Studio, Web Services, and Microsoft Azure experience.

This position will be a Tier 3 full-stack support developer that configures, codes, tests, and debugs complex software enhancements to existing proprietary software or integration to SaaS solutions. In conjunction with functional users and technology business systems personnel, the Developer assists with the design and documentation of the company’s application software environment and is responsible for contributing to application development projects of medium to high complexity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Provides Tier 3 support and resolution of open technology software issues escalated by IT Helpdesk Support.
• Conceptualizes, prepares, and creates detailed technical specifications from which complex programs will be written or configured.
• Writes, tests, analyzes, and implements high quality code according to business requirements and specifications.
• Experience in .NET and .NET Core languages
• Experience in React & UI to align with the code development.
• Experience in GitHub source control.
• Experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Database development & architecture.
• Assists others in defining application system scope and objectives through research and fact finding and makes recommendations pertaining to system design and solutions.
• Experience with Change Management, Release Management and Code Repository techniques using Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
• Contributes to project plans for application software implementation activities of medium level of complexity and may coordinate and oversee the implementation.
• Maintains and builds strong vendor relationships to resolve problems and coordinate the delivery of technology products and services.
• Follows coding best practices and guidelines in implementing solutions.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
• Experience with relational databases and data warehouse concepts.
• Experience with development of SQL, Web Services (REST and/or SOAP).
• Experience with development of REST API’s using JSON.
• Experience with web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript)
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum Development Techniques
• Ability to clearly communicate with peers, business analysts, and subject matter experts.
• Ability to adapt and learn new technologies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.

• 3+ years of experience as a Developer.

• Complies with all required Company policies and practices relating to the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.
