Desktop Support Technician Job at Visions in View Inc
JD:
· VPN Connectivity/Installations
· Hardware Setup/configuration, troubleshooting and replacement.
· Deploying Laptops with all the updated software
· Standalone Printer support and installation, Network Printers basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
· Troubleshooting & performing break fix issues
· Office 365 basic troubleshooting
· Mobile Device Management (MDM) - Apple iOS devices ONLY
· Competent with Zoom Video Conferencing, MS Teams, and WebEx Web Conferencing
· Ability to run online/in person production webinars & all hands. ( Teams and Zoom )
· Experience with managing and maintaining conference room hardware. ( Crestron, Logitech, QSC )
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

- Santa Clara, CA 95050: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer support: 6 years (Preferred)
- iOS: 8 years (Preferred)
