Design and Service Coordinator Job at Dickinson by Design
We are seeking a customer service oriented, energetic individual with strong attention to detail to join our experienced team of jewelry service professionals.
Primary responsibilities will include scheduling and interaction with clients and internal departments through all phases of jewelry design, production an/or repair from initial discussions through to final delivery.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience using Microsoft Office, scanning organizing and filing documents on company database and the ability to operate independently.
Jewelry experience is a plus, but a positive, upbeat personality and the ability to handle occasional pressure is more important than jewelry experience. The right individual will receive training. Spanish speaker is a plus, but not required.
A background check will be required.
