Summary

We are looking for a Deputy Program Manager to oversee effective operating procedures across our medical department. The Deputy Program Manager will be responsible for leading a team of medical professionals to administer excellent patient care within a diverse population. The candidate will also have significant responsibilities planning, directing, and evaluating all medical activities within their facility. This position requires the candidate to be on site, located in a remote geographical area.

Responsibilities


· Provide Administrative oversight to the daily operations of the medical facility

  • Organize and run all patient care or administrative operations and programs
  • Ensure medical department has qualified personnel
  • Track and forecast operational trends and analysis to present to the management team
  • Ensures smooth daily operations and steady progress toward established clinic goals
  • Formalize policies and procedures in accordance with HR regulations
  • Direct all aspects of production operations with full oversight for 50+ field staff
  • Analyze operations and production components to ensure optimization.
  • Develop strategies to enhance operational workflow and enhance delivery of products by modifying logistics.
  • Addresses problems involving personnel, medical staff, patients, and affiliated staff
  • Keeps open communication with medical staff
  • Identify team members areas for improvement and create a plan for training and progress analysis.
  • Collaborate with Training Manager and staff on continuing education and employee development opportunities
  • All Management Deadlines met from a weekly, monthly, and quarterly accountability standpoint.
  • Coordinate with Program Manager and department managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Participate in and conduct interviews for new hires into the organization.

Education Requirements


· Bachelor' in in Medical Field or Certification


Experience Requirements

  • Three or more years of related experience in clinical operations, operations, management, or related field.
  • Military , ORR, ICE or CBP experience preferred

· Master’s degree

  • Experience working in remote or Austere Environments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge about traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and assess an analyze data.

  • Superior knowledge of healthcare staffing; government experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) packages
  • Proven knowledge of performance evaluation metrics in a business setting

  • Demonstrated success innovating solutions to increase productivity and profitability.
