Our fabulous office is looking to hire a dental receptionist for a fast paced private office. Now is the time to find the dental office you have been waiting for. We are around the corner from downtown Forest Park, which is a short walk if you need a quick coffee or food run. Our clinic is a local community office where families come to obtain dental services year on end. You will be lucky to see such nice patients on a daily basis who eventually become like friends to you!
· The right candidate is someone who is reliable, hard working, able to multi-task and is friendly.
· Potential to make a monthly CASH BONUS is given for achieving monthly goals
· PTO and PAID HOLIDAYS
- Being efficient with Dentrix
- Verify Insurances, run daily tasks of opening/closing, checking patients in/out and scheduling future appts
- Presenting treatment plans and able to communicate with patients effectively
- The receptionist will be cross trained so if you are able to take xrays already and assist, it is a plus. Willingness to learn the dental assisting side is required.
Typical hours-
Mon and Tues 9:30am to 6:30pm, Wed 8:30am to 5pm, Thurs 9:30am to 2pm, 1 Sat 7:45am to 2pm a month. Average 30 hours.
