Our practice focuses on providing patients with an experience like no other. Our spa-like atmosphere combined with optimum personalized attention will help alleviate any fears or apprehensions patients might have toward dental treatment.
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- Previous dental insurance experience
- Collections of 105% or higher the last 12 months with previous employer
- Following up with PTE's
- Following up VA patients referrals
- Organized
- Scheduled workflow process
- Daily and monthly reports on progress
We are looking for a candidate that is a forward-thinker, someone who can also identify areas that need to be streamlined and become more efficient. We are looking for someone who is strong in dental insurance, collections, scheduling, budgeting, marketing, training new staff, and we want someone that can take the clinic to the next level. Knowledge on patient retention and attracting new patients is an asset.
Experience with Open Dental would be an asset but is not required. We truly believe and are passionate about personal growth and development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
