Dental Front Office Job at Portland Dental Works LLC
OUR PORTLAND PRACTICE IS THRIVING! We are a family practice providing in-house services including endodontics, oral surgery, Invisalign, restorative, hygiene and laser therapy. We strive to create a culture of genuine appreciation for our patients and team. We're looking for an all-around great teammate to join our NE Portland/Beaverton front office Mondays - Thursdays: organized, responsible and dependable with excellent communication and customer service skills. Travel between both locations required.
Requirements
-Excellent customer service skills
-Good telephone etiquette
-Knowledge of dental terminology
-Dental experience required (minimum 5 yrs)
-Proficiency in dental practice management software
-Greeting and welcoming patient to the practice
-Scheduling appointments
-Collecting payments
-Updating patient records
-Documenting procedures
-Reviewing treatment plans with patients
-Insurance billing and claim follow up
-Daily reports, deposits
Salary DOE for experienced candidates.
