Sunrise Dental is seeking a full-time front desk representative. This position requires someone committed to provide exceptional customer service, self-motivated, and multi-taker with organizational skills, excellent time management, and attention to detail. This team member will ensure the smooth integration of patient flow with our team. Our goal is to serve our patients by providing outstanding customer service and exceptional dental care.
Responsibilities, include, but not limited to:
- Welcome patients upon arrival and inform team
- Check in and check out patients including scheduling, confirming appointments and collecting payments
- Ensure new and current patients have updated dental insurance information
- Verify dental insurance
- Answer phones
- Check emails daily
- Prepare daily bank deposits and process end of day
