Our practice is dedicated to caring for our patients and our referring offices. Quality care is the focus of our endo practice, not high volume. We take time with every patient and our practice is organized, comfortable, and a state-of-the-art dental office.

We are looking for an assistant who truly cares about patients and the dental team. We will support you in your job duties and we treat everyone in our practice like a family member.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Taking radiographs, you must be certified in Oregon

2. Review patient's health history during the initial consultation

3. Educate patients on procedures and post-operative instructions

4. Assist the endodontist chairside

5. Excellent computer skills

6. Positive Attitude

7. Compassionate

8. Team player

DAYS AND HOURS: This is a 4 day per week position, hours are 7:45 to 5:15. We occasionally have emergency patients that may keep us in the office a little later in the day.

BENEFITS: Generous compensation, health insurance (we pay the entire premium) 401K retirement plan with a matching contribution of 3%, paid time off which starts accruing after six months of employment, paid holidays are paid to you at the rate of 10 hours per holiday day, even though your regular hours are 8 hours per day. We provide scrubs and a full laundry room, so scrubs can be left in the office and washed and dried to be ready for you the next day.

COVID: We follow all CDC, ADA, ODA, and OSHA regulations, along with strict Covid and vaccination policies both for our team and our patients. We have implemented an enhanced patient screening and protection protocol and our clinical area is equipped with a hospital standard ventilation system.
