Job Description

The Demand Partnership Manager will be responsible for partnering and executing strategies for new and existing demand partnerships to drive revenue growth across Epsilon's CORE Private Exchange (CPE). The Demand Partnership Manager will be creating, monitoring, and tracking supply funneling to each demand partner. This role will have revenue goals based on maintaining and growing current business as well as securing upsell opportunities. As such, this person will proactively identify, develop, and support revenue growth opportunities while building a relationship of trusted advisor for demand partners. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and sales skills.

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships and develop strategies for new and existing demand partnerships
  • Identify new sources of revenue generating opportunities with each demand partner and present directly to demand partners
  • Daily analyzation of delivery and performance for each demand partner to maximize success
  • Ability to navigate multiple user interfaces for reporting and supply submissions
  • Gather data and present quarterly business reviews for demand partners
  • Identify and implement procedural efficiencies for the team
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to develop solutions that will enhance our operational efficiency and improve demand partnerships

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
  • 2 years of online advertising experience required
  • High level of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience is required
  • Experience with DSP or SSP account management is preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of experience with HTML, SQL and JavaScript is preferred
  • Able to work with minimal supervision as well as within a group environment
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and able to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
