Delivery Professional - Starting up to $19 / hour (+ bonus after 90 days)
Delivery Leader - Starting up to $17 to $18 / hour (+ bonus after 90 days)
Delivery Specialists - Starting up to $15 to $16 / hour (+ bonus after 90 days)
Delivery Assistants - Starting up to $14 / hour (+bonus after 90 days) [license not required]

Our delivery staff is responsible for delivery and setup as well as pick-up of rental merchandise from our customers' homes. Also responsible for cleaning and refurbishment of product, customer service, vehicle care and safety.

Merchandise includes furniture, appliances, televisions, electronics, computers, and other home essentials.

Hours of work and attendance:
  • . Scheduled Hours: 40 hours weekly (45 hours if desired for high level performers). 5-day work-week including Fridays and Saturdays. We are closed Sunday, and you would be off one additional day during the week (typically Tues, Wed, or Thurs). Open from 10am - 7pm Mon-Fri. Sat 9am-6pm.

  • Willingness and ability to help our customers (within the structures of our business) to own the merchandise they rent, treating them with respect and dignity in the process.

  • Ability to lift and maneuver our merchandise into and out of homes (furniture, appliances, electronics, TVs)
  • . Willingness and ability to learn how to set up and operate the various items that we rent and sell
  • . Safe driving habits and skills (except for delivery assistant, who does not drive)
  • . Performing damage-free deliveries
  • . Maintaining cleanliness and proper operations of vehicles through inspection process
  • . Basic computer skills

  • . Adherence to our Delivery processes including:
  • . Customer Satisfaction Call back
  • . Collecting positive google, Facebook, and other reviews.
  • . In the field Add-on items
  • . Proper protection, loading and unloading of merchandise
  • . Proper use of delivery tools
  • . Adherence to Customer Service (repair) processes
  • . Strict Adherence to safe driving practices (except for delivery assistants, who do not drive)
  • . Adherence to Store appearance processes
  • . Adherence to paperwork / filing process to control inventory and protect against loss or damage
** . Results – Achievement of:
  • . On time training of Delivery Specialist per company expectation
  • . Minimizing damages and expenses by following best practices
  • . All other goals as established by the store manager
