Schwieters Companies is seeking to hire a full-time Delivery Drive (non-CDL).

A DAY IN THE LIFE
You will begin your day at 5:30am with your truck pre-loaded from the previous day. On a normal day, our drivers can expect to deliver material to 5-10 different locations which can vary from commercial to residential new construction job sites. The products you will deliver and unload include kitchen cabinets, 5-8 foot doors, wood trim and other misc. items ranging up to 30 feet. After your route is complete, you will join the team in the warehouse and help load trucks for the following day.
In addition, you will:

• Safely drive and operate an automatic transmission Peterbilt box truck (under 10,000 lbs.)
• Navigate a variety of routes through the Minneapolis/St. Paul greater metro area
• Lift and carry materials up to 100 lbs. unto commercial and/or residential new construction buildings

QUALIFICATIONS

• Map and directional knowledge of the Minneapolis/St. Paul greater metro area
• Clean driving record (MVR)
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. comfortably
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and CRT physical
• Must be 18 years of age and older
• Delivery Driver box truck experience preferred

WORK SCHEDULE
1st Shift

• Monday thru Friday, 5:30am-2:30pm, overtime offered as needed

PAY

• $24 per hour
