BASIC FUNCTION

The Defined Contribution Operations Support Analysts provide systems and other technical support to the daily operations team as needed. The DC Operations Support Analyst will interact with other Milliman teams with minimal client interaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide Help Desk support by resolving errors and working with the plan teams on best practices
  • Provide in depth support for financial processes in EB Admin DC
  • Communicate with management regularly on high profile issues and their resolution
  • Monitor progress for all assigned projects and update the appropriate project management tool(s) on a proactive and timely basis.
  • Design global processes to streamline procedures and increase efficiencies
  • Identify, analyze and assist in executing improvements for any daily administrative processes and procedures.
  • Ensure final work products are of high quality, provided in a timely fashion and adhere to internal peer review guidelines.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • FIS OmniDC systems experience required.
  • Two years’ experience with DC plan administration preferred
  • Experience with utilizing data and reporting from Omni systems preferred.
  • Experience with additional systems preferred: Omni Workflow, Omni AdminWeb, MPAD, DG3, OOW
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of applicable 401(k) regulatory environment; IRC and ERISA provisions, including associated regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to track multiple tasks and issues, set goals and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with an emphasis on the details.
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently while being innovative and creative.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and individually.
  • Data analysis experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL or other database management programs required.

COMPENSATION

A competitive base salary, plus a performance-based incentives bonus tied to the overall business performance. The salary range is $60,000 – $95,000, depending on a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc.
