Quality – Examine and improve processes related to job responsibilities.
Initiative – Fulfill responsibilities on time according to expectations of department/company. Be flexible and complete necessary tasks beyond initial instructions.

- Coordinate ISIR/PPAP completion between Endries suppliers, associates and customers across all DC’s.
- Develop work instructions for customer PPAP/ISIR requirements.
- Develop and manage an ISIR/PPAP centralized document control system for all DC’s.
- Develop and provide ISIR/PPAP training for Endries Sales, Sourcing, Purchasing and QA Associates.
- Assist in testing/ inspection activities as required.
- Two year technical degree or relevant experience
- PPAP course or experience in reviewing PPAP’s
- Good analytical skills.
- Proficient at Microsoft Office products – Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Basic ability to read part drawings
- Professionally communicate with customers, suppliers and fellow associates.
- Ability to work on multiple projects.
