Data Entry Clerk (Independent Contractor) Remote

In this role, you will be responsible for data entry, matching and disputing and/or identifying reasons for chargebacks. This is a remote employment opportunity requiring candidates to be in Pacific Standard Time Zone.

What you get to do every day:

• Categorize chargebacks documents that require knowledge in determining proper classification
• Rectify discrepancies by checking all possible sources of disagreement, reconstructing probable actions, and recognizing the effect on other accounts; prepare correction documents as required
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Microsoft Excel experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Great attention to detail
• Data entry, document management, accosting entries, file creation and previous records experience
