Your job

To build our global HR analytics team, we are looking for a passionate HR data professional, based in any of our main office locations, with preference for Munich, Princeton, London or Singapore.
In this unique role, you will manage the collection, structuring and reporting of HR data for Munich Re (Group).
You will report to the Global Head of Rewards & People Analytics. This role is hybrid.

YOUR JOB
  • Coordinating the group-wide data collection for the quarterly and annual HR reporting including relevant adjustments to reporting template and handbook, the monitoring of new entries and exits of reporting-relevant entities, and quality assurance and audit processes
  • Communicating data in regular reports for all key partners
  • Ensuring that our HR data is well structured and easy to use for the wider analytics team by building a data warehouse for HR and related data sources
  • Supporting the identification, definition and collection of relevant HR KPIs according to our business and people strategy
  • Translating HR data requirements into SuccessFactors reports
  • Supporting the automatization of HR data collection
  • Collaborating with HR colleagues in all regions, and from ERGO and MEAG
  • Participating in global and group-wide projects
  • Steering the annual HR cost planning and control HR budget
  • Taking over tasks of team members by proxy and as a development opportunity

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics or similar
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience as (HR) Controller, Data Engineer or similar
  • Experience with database design & architecture; knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience with data transformation depending on data sources, formats and required output
  • Reliable team player with a and structured way of working
  • Experience working in a multinational work environment and managing partners at all levels
  • Fluent in English
