Location: Midland, MI (No remote)

Job description:
Required Technical Skill Set
- Data Center Management and Facilities operations
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
- Experience in managing Larger DataCenter
- Supervises maintenance, installation and updates of data center systems.
- Maintains building records and schematics.
- HVAC, Electricity, Racking, Cabling
- Data Center design & monitoring
- Customer escalations
- Inventory management
- Ensuring a safe and secure facility to protect the systems and power configuration
- Ensuring precautions are set in place whenever power outages or malicious attacks occurred
- Ensuring the operations are in compliance with the regulations and laws
- Prepare plans for development and installation of data center according to present and future requirements.
- Monitor all software and hardware products and ensure compliance to Data Center standards and systems.
Good-to-Have
- Supervise designing and evaluation of all server systems according to measurement of process.
- Perform troubleshoot on data center, identify issues and assist in timely resolution of same.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
