The SFFS Product Line Operations Program Manager 2 will support the SFFS Product Line comprised of a portfolio of production, developmental and sustainment programs focusing on a coordinated material strategy; specifically looking for a lead OPM for Dark Horse (Production) and AdMMS (Development).
Multiple Production Programs working towards higher monthly production rates.
Programs with content (Engineering & Manufacturing) in Wayne NJ, Merrimack NH, and Nashua NH.
Coordination of material in support of factory builds with Supply Chain.
Coordination of Manufacturing non-recurring Engineering (NRE) by factories as required.
Forecasting Manufacturing and Material requirements with Supply Chain and Factories.
Defect/Cost/Cycle Time analysis and reduction. Support the Program Affordability effort.
Cost Account Management (CAM); likely Material CAM working in collaboration with the SFFS Program Material Manager and Subcontract Program Manager.
Seeking applicant with advanced Manufacturing management, Program or project management, Affordability, CAM, and/or supply chain experience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Required Education, Experience, & Skills :

  • Technical background preferred
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal & written).
  • Supply Chain experience/knowledge.
  • Cost Account Management (CAM) experience.
  • Manufacturing and Supply defect data mining and analysis experience.
  • Leadership experience; Factory facing and Program facing
  • Experience Supporting Bid and Proposal

12+ Years with HS
10+ Years with AA
8+ Years with BS
6+ Years with MS
4+ Years with PhD

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills :
  • Current Secret Security clearance preferred.
  • Technical background preferred (Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.)
  • PMP and advanced degrees available.
  • Supply Chain/Material Procurement experience/background.
