ISPA Technology is seeking a Junior IA Specialist to support expeditionary warfare programs at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD). This task provides cybersecurity support for the day-to-day operation of information systems that reside within the cognizance of the Analysis, Tactics, and Simulation Division Code (A40) at NSWC PCD. The scope of the effort includes support for all of the computational, operational, and development equipment and infrastructure that are required to carry out the mission of the division and Accreditation and Authorization (A&A) support.

Job Duties Include (but not limited to):
  • The contractor shall provide Project Management support to include the generation, tracking, reporting, and presentation of contractor personnel schedules, Certification & Accreditation package development schedules, risk metrics, compliance costs, audit findings/mitigation actions, etc. (SOW 3.1, 3.3, 3.12) (CDRL A002, CDRL A004)
  • The contractor shall provide monthly status reports to include a summary of work performed, progress toward completion, and cost expenditures. (SOW 3.20) (CDRL A001)
  • The contractor shall provide annual NATO briefings for personnel working on systems and networks that may contain NATO information.
  • The contractor shall provide qualified Cybersecurity support personnel with experience in the Department of Navy (DoN) Risk Management Framework (RMF) process to include Navy eMASS artifact and data submission on both NIPR and SIPR networks.
  • The contractor shall perform Security Technical Implementation Guidance (STIG) analysis and validation.
  • The contractor will support the Government A40 Cybersecurity Division Lead with the generation, tracking, reporting, and presentation of A&A artifacts to code A40, code X10, and program office personnel.
  • The contractor shall provide qualified Cyber support personnel with an IT Level I Cyber Security Workforce (CSWF) / IAT Level II Privileged Access designation within 2-months of execution of the TI.
  • The contractor shall provide a qualified technical writer to support the A40 Computation Analysis Facilities (CAF) lab. The contractor shall assist with the generation, tracking, and reporting of lab documentation to include standard operating procedures (SOPs), procurement documentation such as Information Technology Procurement Requests, or other various lab operational artifacts.


Qualifications Required Skills & Experience:
  • Risk Management Framework (RMF) experience is a MUST
  • eMASS experience is a MUST
  • Must be able to provide Linux RHEL 8 support
  • Must be eager to learn, detail oriented
  • This position is an on base 5 days a week position (no remote work)
  • Must be able to perform basic computer operations without assistance (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in a Cybersecurity related field is highly desired
  • Sec+ Certification
Security Clearance:
  • An active Secret security clearance is Required.
