Position Overview:

Reporting to the Director of Consumer Experience (CX), this role directly influences the end user experience of Signify Health's core product, the In-Home Health Evaluation along with all associated programs and initiatives. The CX Operations team manages the end-to-end communications strategy across the Member Journey that reaches over 10 million healthcare plan members across the country.

The Production Coordinator role will primarily assist with the operational production and delivery of our primary outreach tactic - direct mail campaigns. This person will manage the handoff from the CX content managers to the production teams that print and deliver our campaign collateral to health plan members.

This role will support the CX and the larger Operations team by handing off the materials to the print production manager, tracking the production of all materials, providing updates to internal teams, and identifying and escalating any issues or delays. Additionally, this person will also provide additional QA support and manage the template storage of final proofs. Experience with and/or knowledge of print production and operations strongly preferred. The Production Coordinator may also assist with the production and activation processes for other supporting functions as needed.

To be successful in this role, the Production Coordinator must be highly organized with stellar project management skills to assist with the daily flow of requests, job assignments, campaigns, updates and status reports. It is expected that this person will proactively help identify and develop solutions that will greatly improve our processes and efficiencies. A self-starter with a can-do spirit and a willingness to help at all times will be an excellent addition to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track the production and delivery of all active campaigns and materials across our book of business for 60+ clients and their brands.
  • Assist with project management of all CX work and projects.
  • Help maintain a highly organized system for client work with clear naming conventions and version control strategies.
  • Ensure polite and professional customer service to our internal stakeholders and all cross-functional teams.
  • Make recommendations to the Director and Senior Manager to improve our processes, increase efficiencies, and increase productivity.

  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with quick turnaround times.
  • Highly motivated and go-getter attitude with ability to think clearly under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with proven ability to translate strategy into tactics and ensure successful execution
  • Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively across departments
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision required and the ability to "manage up" as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, Marketing, or any related fields or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3+ years experience as a project manager or as an operations or production coordinator
  • Must be able to work independently in a remote-work environment with strong understanding of various video meeting technologies
  • Must have highly effective computer skills including common business applications such as G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets) and MS Office. Experience with Smartsheet, Google Analytics, digital marketing tools, and project management tools like ClickUp preferred
  • Experience with print production and direct mail services preferred
  • Must be able to fluently speak, read, and write English; Fluency in Spanish or other languages are a plus
  • Minimal travel expected
