Job Overview

  • This is a work-from-home position open in Middle Tennessee
  • The position requires the Customer Support Representative (CSR) to deliver superior customer service to our Client's online customers by answering inbound calls, chats, and emails.
  • We are looking for a professional and responsibile individual with 1-3 years of experience in customer service. Inbound call experience preferred.
  • You must be able to listen, discover, and understand the customer's needs, and provide creative solutions for concerns related to the Client's product.
  • You must utilize approved practices and guidelines to assist the customer and address any concerns as they arise during the relationship cycle.
  • You must be able to utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • You must be able to maintain adaptability through changes or updates within the business structure.
  • You must meet and exceed Company policy and Client performance metrics.
  • You must be dependable and meet all attendance requirements.
  • Candidates who are hired on a Part-Time basis will be required to complete 2 weeks of Full-Time training prior to beginning their Part-Time schedule.

Pay Range: $12.50-13.25
