Job Duties:

  • Become an expert on our products and the apparel decoration industry.
  • Understand the functionality and features of our entire range of apparel decoration products.
  • Ensure top customer satisfaction by resolving issues and finding quick, viable solutions through our main communication channels (calls, emails, and chats).
  • Schedule and provide virtual training to groups of customers focused on how to operate their machinery.
  • Communicate to customers how the training portal is navigated, answer preliminary questions, and ensure they are adequately prepared for the session
  • Turn distressed customers/situations into opportunities to delight our customers through product knowledge, retraining efforts, and exceptional communication skills with a positive attitude
  • Proactively communicate with customers post-training session to ensure satisfaction.
  • Offer a full range of support to customers by answering industry-related questions and connecting them to the correct department within the company.
  • Coordinate multi-head training by reaching out to outsourced technicians and confirming dates and rates. Calculate additional fees where needed, based on technician’s rates.
  • Assist with booking travel for in house technicians for service calls and training. Keep within our budgets while maintaining customer satisfaction by booking the soonest possible dates for their training session.

Job Requirements:

  • Energetic, resourceful, and dedicated to customer success.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong computer skills, experience using various software platforms.
  • Ability to successfully work and navigate within a variety of computer systems applications.
  • Prior experience maintaining customer account information, calls, callbacks, email communication, chats, follow-up meetings, and training activities.
  • Comfortable using and learning new technology.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Possess a passion for training and providing customer resolutions.
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diverse group of individuals within all organizational levels.
  • Flexible with the changing needs of a growing business. Ability to quickly shift assignments and responsibilities as necessary to cover customer contact and resolution needs.
  • Have the professional maturity to take ownership, operate with transparency, and focus on producing results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
