Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:

In this role, you will be the frontline voice for 24 Hour Home Care and ensure the needs of clients are regularly met by reviewing customer service calls, focusing on an empathetic, people-first approach. In this position, you will:
  • Provide excellent high-volume customer service to all incoming family requests
  • Identify and assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a time-sensitive manner
  • Deliver an effortless experience to our caregivers by answering any questions or grievances, so they can continue to provide the best care to the clients
  • Drive effective cross-functional communication to highlight issues requiring further follow-up in a timely manner
  • Create an effortless and seamless experience by utilizing strong problem-solving skills
You will collaborate with your dynamic team in person once a week at our corporate office.

The expected California Pay Range for this position is $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications:
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • Experience working in a call center and managing a high volume of calls is preferred
  • Positive can-do attitude with compassionate phone and email etiquette
  • Active listening with a strong eye for problem-solving
