Job Description


Pay Range $27.00 to $30.00 per hour

Purpose of Position:

Provide Foster Farms customers in Key Accounts with world-class customer service directly and by coordinating all activities related to these accounts. Customer Service Specialists are the primary link (in tandem with sales) between the key accounts/customers and Foster Farms. The relationship is based on a professional approach of high integrity. The position must convey and establish a high level of confidence with our customers in order to maintain an unbreakable link between the company and customer and provide world-class customer service.

Essential Job Functions:

SAP reporting; monitor shortages, dropped deliveries, incomplete orders and order status. Follow-up with transportation, shipping, customers and sales representatives as necessary

Grievance data base research, coordinate with Sales and other areas as necessary and direct contact with customers to resolve. Ensure grievances are logged within grievance data base, and follow up as needed

Ad Tracker analysis, respond and address service grievances, Support AR Packets, mentoring CSR activities, and additional assignments as needed, VMI to include set up promotional products, conference calls with client as required

Assigned Account support, ensure customer orders are filled and make decisions regarding issues with orders or shipments, ability to support CSR as backfill

Work with sales, shipping and transportation to ensure customer needs are met when variances in product availability occur


Qualifications


Requirements:

B.A. in Business Administration or Associates degree preferred

Five plus years in Poultry Industry or Customer Service environment

Strong computer skills including MS Office suite, SAP experience strongly preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and make decisions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Detail oriented

Ability to work well in a team environment

Flexible work hours (based on customer requirements and issues)

Occasional travel required
