Position Summary:

This position will work with supervision to assist clients, Sail Consultant(s), and Service Departments as needed to help generate revenue, ensure delivery of products as contracted, and liaise between departments to ensure promise fulfillment. This employee will work closely with local clients, as well as provide regional support for all Q clients. This position will proactively manage and monitor client accounts to guarantee all clients receive the highest level of satisfaction from their products and their interaction with Quantum Sails. Additionally, the CSR will focus energies on prospecting for new clients, and new revenue opportunities through existing clients for both service and sales.

Essential Duties of the Position:

Following is a high-level overview of the essential duties of this position. For many of these duties, Quantum has clearly defined standard operating procedures and policies that must be adhered to:

• Assist the Client Care Team (Sales/Service) in providing industry leading customer service across all revenue streams.
• Manage client accounts post-purchase commitment through to delivery, including such tasks as sail pickup/delivery, yacht measuring, sailing, order entry, order management, team interaction, etc.
• Maintain granular understanding of Quantum Sails’ supply chain – in all departments.
• Client interaction on all levels (email, phone, in person) both on location and in the loft.
• Organize local loft events such as seminars, regatta support and sponsorships both as recommended and as dictated by management.
• Assist Office Manager with answering phones and greeting clients whilst in the loft.
• Assist local Service Loft Manager with service department initiatives and campaigns as determined by the Global Director of Client Care.
• Assist Service Department by completing sail repair, sail service, and other revenue generating opportunities, including canvas projects, industrial projects, etc.
• Adhere to the Quantum Sails culture, selling philosophy, policies and mission statement.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
