Aussie Pet Mobile Montgomery County is a mobile pet grooming service and we are looking to add an energetic, results-oriented individual as a customer service representative (CSR). Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to explain our pet grooming services to customers, listen and answer questions, and book new and existing customer appointments. The CSR must be reliable, organized, flexible, empathetic, polite, a team player, professional and have exceptional listening skills. The role supports the groomers in the field, scheduling efficient routes and groom durations, to optimize a groomer’s workday. As with our entire team, Must Love Dogs!

The ideal candidate would be naturally sociable with excellent customer service skills and a good knowledge of the layout of the geography and commuter routes within the Montgomery County, Texas, Kingwood, Humble, Atascocita area.

The dispatcher would work from their home. Must attend in-person monthly meetings with the entire staff. Weekdays and Saturday availability are required. We provide extensive training in our business processes and technology.

Responsibilities include:
  • Must live near Conroe, TX (appx. 20 miles)
  • Answering incoming calls, returning voicemails and texts, and email correspondence. This includes professional handling of customer complaints and resolution within one’s scope.
  • Informing customers on the services and prices our company provides, especially applicable to their breeds and pet’s needs and health, and making appropriate recommendations.
  • Capturing the appropriate information accurately to set up an appointment for the customer.
  • Maintaining groomers’ fully-booked schedules by creating/rescheduling/canceling appointments in collaboration with groomers.
  • Brief groomers about their daily schedule, highlighting atypical circumstances and situations they may encounter.
  • Respond to calls/texts from groomers in the field, in real-time, regarding customer and pet issues. This requires the ability to multi-task by setting priorities among inputs. Candidates will be asked to cite an example of multi-tasking several work streams successfully.
  • Review the schedule at the end of the day for completed appointments, verifying charges and payments.
  • Take credit card information and payments over the phone.
  • Keep owners and dispatchers informed of any issues, actions, or problems.
