We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in our Customer Success Department. If you are passionate, self-motivated and would like to work for a dynamic and leading company in the promotional items industry, we want to meet you!!


In this role you will be part of the front line inside team at Spector & CO, in our North Las Vegas facility, helping customers with their inquiries based on pricing and quoting logistics, product selection, order management - anything and everything they might need to help get their orders in, produced and out! Our Customer Service Representatives are territory based so you will get to know your customers well and we will rely on your outstanding personality to build and maintain strong customer relationships for our company. We are looking for people that have an uncompromised passion for sales and customer satisfaction!

Job tasks include but are not limited to the following:

  • Strong focus on relationship building and establishing customer loyalty to the Spector Brand/Products.
  • Accountability and ownership of the designated territory or accounts, with the goal of excelling in service and contributing to sales growth, while working alongside the outside sales team as the local client liaison for Customer Services.
  • Sales ability to work with a customer on an opportunity, using the tools provide to you to maximize and confirm the order.
  • Work with office coordinator to help with Showroom Management, Welcome Distributors / end users, Coordinate events related to the Las Vegas Facility, Client Visits.
  • Attend Trade Shows in designated territory, estimated travel 2 - 3 times per year, including travel to head office in Canada for training and business meetings – you will need a valid passport!

Skills/Requirements:

  • 1-3 years relevant work experience in a sales or customer service-related industry.
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service. You love working with people, making them happy and helping their business grow.
  • Exceptional team player. You can be a captain and a mascot.
  • Solid communication skills (written & oral).
  • Must have initiative, be reliable, and able to work autonomously. Like it is your own business.
