Customer Service Representative - Credit Call Center

Must-Have:
  • Proven experience with 80+ daily phone calls.
  • Must be able to work in the office M-F, 730-430pm.
  • Location: 7834 CF Hawn Fwy Dallas, TX 75217 (SOUTH EAST DALLAS, Pleasant Grove).
  • Drug Test, Education, and Background Check contingent.
  • Relatable Skillsets: Customer Service Reps, Call center agents, Collections/credit agents.

Primary Objective
Assists the Regional Credit Manager, in supporting both internal and external customer relationships.
This position contacts customer external customers to review overdue accounts.

Major Function and Scope:
  • Completes high volume incoming credit and collection calls on overdue accounts.
  • Researches and resolves customer chargebacks.
  • Reconciles customer accounts and cash applications.
  • Provides administrative support for assigned areas including, but not limited to - aging reports, filing, correspondence, lien waivers, write-offs, account reconciliation, refunds, NSF checks, communication within and outside of the department, etc.
  • Maintains all assigned accounts within established performance standards; actively participates and contributes to group quality improvement processes.
  • Timely completion of lien and bond waivers and releases.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience and Knowledge Required:
  • High School Degree or GED.
  • Moderate to advanced skills in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • 1 or more years of call center or collections experience.
