A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

You are the voice of our company! You deliver excellent, prompt, professional customer service to our clients as well as offer upgrades to service and products. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through when taking inbound calls, setting appointments, performing follow-ups, setting return visits, and all other interactions. Whether by phone, email, or text, you are one of the reasons that our clients enjoy doing business with us.

When not interacting with clients, you help keep up on our admin responsibilities including organizing and prioritizing service appointments, ensuring parts are ordered and stocked appropriately, enter data into our customer management system, and set up and track technician training. Whether planning and developing social media marketing, setting up efficient procedures and workflow systems, or checking and completing the customer invoicing process, you strongly rely on your organizational skills.

Additionally, you are an important part of a team of like-minded individuals who are also eager to help the company reach the success of our vision. By providing an upbeat, forward-thinking, growth-oriented working environment, you enable our field service technicians and owner to provide the best service for our present and future HVAC and plumbing clients!

Part-time will be 20-25 hours per week, and full-time is 40 hours per week. We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions!

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer and social media marketing skills
• Excellent grammar and writing skills
• Great at following a script but also improvising on the spot when speaking with Customers
• Ability to learn HVAC and plumber trade specifics
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Previous Sales, HVAC/Plumbing and Construction experience a plus!
