A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the cheerful voice of our company. When clients call, you answer the phone and greet them with a friendly attitude. Depending on their specific needs, you answer their questions, connect them with the information they're looking for, or forward their message to the appropriate person. If they're calling to set up an appointment, you help them get it scheduled. Then, you communicate the details of the job to our service team, keeping accurate documentation and using software like ServiceTitan to help all our teams work together effectively.

In addition to working with customers and scheduling appointments, you keep our office organized. You handle miscellaneous admin tasks that contribute to our overall efficiency. Your satisfaction comes from supporting a great team and connecting customers to the services they need!


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience as a plumbing or HVAC customer service rep is highly preferred. Experience with ServiceTitan would be a plus! Are you attentive to detail? WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

This full-time office position typically works Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. After the candidate is fully trained, an arrangement can be made to perform some work from home!
