Our company is a leading condominium and homeowner association industry CPA (accounting) firm located in Plantation, Florida looking for an experienced, bilingual (English and Spanish) customer service representative for our expanding customer service department. *Knowledge of condominium and homeowner associations preferred*

Come be part of our team who is responsible for responding to all of the owners’ maintenance payment questions and concerns in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of tasks and work diligently under deadlines. This person will be patient, courteous and comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and working as a team player to achieve accurate, effective, and efficient results.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate verbal and written responses for owner questions and concerns regarding their maintenance assessment account's updates and balances received through the telephone, e-mail and US postal mail.
  • Provide direction how to assess their account on-line.
  • Perform analysis of delinquent owner accounts.
  • Maintain all processing deadlines as required
  • Working with owners professionally on all inquiries.

Skills

  • Bi-lingual - Proficiency in English and Spanish

  • Work experience with Condominium and Homeowner Associations - preferred
  • Basic understanding of owner maintenance assessments - preferred
  • Ability to calculate, manage accounting figures and payment records
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Be able to work independently, self-motivated
  • Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
  • Ability to find the positive in any situation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
