VACO Boston has partnered with our client in Quincy and we are looking for an energetic Data Entry/Call Center Representative. Our Call Center Representatives play a key position in ensuring our clients' success. This is a long term contract to hire position. Our partners are looking for candidates that are able to start ASAP.
Some of the aspects of this position are:
- Professionally handle incoming client requests via phone, ensuring that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
- Handle all client inquires, requests and thoroughly educate them on the service
- Provide quality support in the areas of handling questions, troubleshooting, and account assistance
- Provide First Call Resolution to clients
Qualifications:
- High School Degree
- Strong Communication Skills
- Pleasant, friendly attitude, with an ability to adapt to change
- Professionalism
- Excellent time management skills
- Customer Service experience preferred
