Job Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound service request phone calls
- Outbound calling and scheduling appointments for existing customers
- Returning customer calls
- Customer service inquiries
- Cultivate and grow our preventative maintenance program membership
- Handling online request
- Scheduling service request for customers and internal team
- Additional responsibilities as job requires
Job Requirements:
3-5 Years Customer service experience in a call center environment, preferably in the HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical field or similar.
- Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone skills
- Ability to work under pressure or tight time restraints
- POSITIVE can do attitude & strong work ethic
- Strong multi-tasker
- Willingness to learn
- Proficient computer knowledge
- Type 30 WPM
