Customer Service Representative Job at Deluxe Medical Supply
Deluxe Medical Supply is looking for Customer Service Representatives who will work with patients, doctor's offices, insurance companies, to coordinate delivery of durable medical equipment to patients. This is a fast-paced environment which requires candidates to work using a computer, phone, fax machines, and other basic office tools and equipment. We appreciate candidates with experience, but experience is not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with referral sources such as doctor’s offices, hospitals, Health Insurance providers etc.… through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
- Input records of customer interactions via company patient data base, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
- Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
