Job Title: CSR (Customer Service Representative)

Location: Medford Or. Ashley HomeStore

Schedule: Full Time (Multiple Shifts)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Speaks with customers by phone and in person in a professional, courteous and timely manner
  • Processes financing applications, correlate payment terms with cash breakdown: cross-reference finance tracking sheet
  • Maintain a working knowledge of product and services
  • Assist customer service team members as necessary
  • Collect payments; address billing concerns
  • Complete audits weekly
  • Review sale orders to insure accurate product has been ordered
  • File sale orders and invoices
  • Transfer calls to appropriate department; take phone messages
  • Packing accessories for customer to take with them
  • Keeping office supplies stocked
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Not limited to the above duties and responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Strong organizing skills a must
  • Knowledge of basic accounting; ability to compute percentages, discounts, interest, and commission
  • Self – control in demanding situations
  • Knowledge of data base software, inventory, and order processing systems.
  • Positive outlook, reliable and at work on time
  • Able to work any shift and/or be called in at anytime
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
  • Professional appearance
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
