Customer Service Representative

American Modern Insurance Group is seeking a greater Cincinnati based, full-time, Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team on March 20th, 2023!

As a CSR, you will:

• Answer incoming call volume and provide written communication for all lines of business for policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts
• Process transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, & products
• Use multiple computer applications
• Actively participate and have involvement in department initiatives and goals

As a call center, we are open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. The starting hours for this role are typically 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
