ACT is seeking a Customer Service Representative focused on interfacing with all potential and existing customers for new and existing orders, returns and general customer service inquiries. We are a fast-growing organization who manufactures an extensive range of rugged military power supplies and power related products. Qualifications:

  • High School diploma/GED.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer experience to include ERP systems and MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize work to complete assignments in a logical and efficient manner.
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability and strength in effectively communicating with others to build positive working relationships and reach creative solutions to satisfy objectives.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to balance immediate/long-term priorities and exceptional multitasking skills are a necessity.
  • An enthusiastic self-starter with a strong drive to improve existing processes is highly desired.
