Responsibilities:

• Convert customer calls and emails into booked service appointments
• Deliver ABC scripts with a non-scripted cadence, while being clear, compelling, and personable
• Confident over the phone, enough to gently but effectively control and direct customer calls to boost individual and team metrics
• Thorough understanding of company processes and ability to provide great education when faced with customer questions
• Empathize authentically with customers dealing with difficult situations
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments to handle customer questions or concerns efficiently
• Enjoy reading, easily able to follow directions

Requirements

• 1-2 years Customer Service Experience preferred
• Highly organized with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Be solution oriented, never asking a question without thoughts for potential resolution
• Able to multitask, speaking with a customer on the phone while navigating through computer systems/typing
• Sales Experience preferred
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $19.50 per hour
