Job Summary:
Customer Service will be responsible interfacing with internal departments ensuring successful
completion of delivery dates and serve as the direct point of contact with our clients.
Position will report to the Office Manager.
Summary of Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serves as a main point of contact and liaison with clients
- Build and maintain positive relationships with all levels of client management
- Work in harmony with Warehouse Supervisors and Manager to ensure success,
fulfillment and delivery of product * Handles all daily and monthly reporting for client delivery
- Interface with order management system
- Direct orders to floor of warehouse
Experience: * College degree (preferred)
- 1 – 3 years of Customer Service
- Computer Proficient (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
