POSITION SUMMARY
Attracts potential customers; opens customer accounts; maintains customer records; resolves product or service problems; prepares product or service reports; contributes to team effort.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information, working with payers, hospitals and medical professionals.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting an explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expending correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Competently analyzes and prioritizes information to make appropriate recommendations. Listens attentively and actively.
