Customer Service Rep, Imaging Department, Job Responsibilities:
Performs duties necessary for the smooth operation of the designated areas in conjunction with the technologist.- Exhibits good communications skills, excellent phone etiquette and promotes good will and a positive reassuring attitude with all customers.
- Provides assistance to technologists, physicians and patients.
- Checks paperwork for accuracy and prepares patients for procedures.
- Participates in patient transfer, transportation and file manipulation.
