The Job

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our outside sales partners and distributor customers by creating quotes and handling daily customer issues. The position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding service to outside sales team and distributor customers
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Create and manage quotes for distributor customers
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate quote delivery
• Handle daily customer issues, including returns, order changes, and complaints
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Office Suite and experience with CRM software preferred
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

Compensation:

PacLights offers competitive pay commensurate with experience, plus monthly and annual bonus based on performance, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company. Waiting periods for some benefits may apply.
