We just expanded our green home cleaning services to Fort Worth and we're looking for an awesome WORK FROM HOME customer service representative who is interested in growing with the best cleaning business! We are currently the #1 home cleaning business in New Mexico and we want to do the same in Texas.

You'll be working alongside our amazing home cleaning professionals and will help support them by:

• Answering incoming customer phone calls from the comfort of your own home.
• Assisting with customer scheduling, cancellations, and estimates.
• Taking customer’s credit card information over the phone.
• Managing the daily schedule and filling available slots as needed.
• Ensuring that our cleaning teams are arriving at houses during the correct time window.
• Managing team communications and chats to keep everyone informed.
• Assisting with special customer requests and damage reports.
• Preparing thank you cards and gifts for our first time customers.
• Sending important text/email reminders to customers.

A typical work day will start at 7:00-7:30am and will end at 4:00-4:30pm. Monday thru Friday.

About Giddy Up Green Clean

We're the new competition in town but we're coming from New Mexico where we've won ABQ The Magazine’s Best of the City Award for Green Living Services 5 years straight! Our business in New Mexico has been operating since 2017.

We pay hourly starting at $18/hour depending on experience with additional commissions on new customers making it possible to earn $50-$60k annually. We also pay bonuses.

The longer you work with our company, the higher your base pay and bonus will increase.
